Some members of the Clann of the Forty (C40), a group integrated by ten scientists and professionals plus the Knowledge Team, composed by 15 men and 15 women, have plans to put an end to the world by the year 2023 and nobody seems capable to hinder them.
One of the main characters, the leader, is the deuteragonist Angus Penninfberg, a Scottish (1988- ) dilettante and shallow physicist, a lover of ease. He worships several gods.
Nicknames: “The Boss”, “The Ineffable Dilettante”.

a Super Army of flying ants controlled by pheromones, they have been taught to
play a kind of mini-chess “at an insect brain level”, but more importantly,
they have come up with a tremendous genetic alteration that allows them to produce
and carry giants amounts of lethal poison in their claws. In order to
exterminate millions of people in the world, Penninfberg sent billions of
flying ants to various megacities.
The
Insectaneous Chess is played on a checkered board of 16 squares printed with
alternating colours in black and white, the pieces
are four for each player: a king, a bishop, a knight, and a pawn When it is
played by female ants, the pieces are: a queen, a female bishop, a mare, and a
female pawn.
If it is
played by a female ant versus a male ant, each player will use pieces according
to his/her respective sex. In this case, the king and the queen have the same
value each. This is considered that way in order to not offend feminists.
In any case,
the ants, prior to each game, must salute the Goddess of Chess, Caissa, by
bowing to a statue of that Hindu deity that should be in every chess game room.

All of the members of The Clann of the Forty, after the suggestion of the Supreme Universal Sage, Ian McDivitt (Thurso, Scotland, 1986 -), drafted, signed and sealed twice an exceptional Imperial Decree-Law (the first signing was made with their respective inks, the other one with their respective blood).
Angus Penninfberg issued an Imperial Decree-Law by which any single or married father that leaves his wife, concubine, girlfriend, lover or casual partner and not give or send money to her for the support of the children of both, he, the father, is co-guilty of any administrative fault, abuse, beatings, psychological abuse, deprivation, malnutrition, or crime, even infanticide, the woman (mother) commits to the detriment of one or more children of both (children of the abandoned mother and the irresponsible father).
That is, these husbands, concubinaries, partners or lovers are co-perpetrators of the acts that their wives or concubines commit to the detriment of the children of both, for these fathers are prevaricators and neglectful ones, who recklessly have abandoned their daughters and/or sons.
The penalty for them, men, will be more severe than that applicable to their respective wives if these women are poor, ignorant, disabled, indigenous (native) or if these women are in a more vulnerable state than their respective husbands or lovers, or in a state of helplessness in life.
Often, women in this extreme situation fall into a state or condition of despair hopelessness, helplessness, and near-madness.

In one of the most important scientific achievements of the 21st century, the Scottish scientist Ian McDivitt (“The Sage”), the breathtaking Swedish biologist Fawn Christine Stersson (“Blonde”), and the Scottish physicist Angus Penninfberg (“The Ineffable Dilettante”) proudly announced to the world that they had reached controlled, safe and delayed atomic fission.
Ian, Fawn, and Angus conceived, designed, developed, and built a giant ellipstron, which can divide atoms of several chemical elements into two or three parts, in order to create atoms of other elements, complete atoms, with the appropriate quantities of electrons, protons, and neutrons.
The first element they divided successfully, and “without any danger to the environment”, was silicon (symbol, Si; atomic number, 14).
Firstly, these three pioneers created a sophisticated procedure which enabled them to separate each atom of silicon into two atoms of nitrogen (symbol, N; atomic number, 7), but this was of little interest to them.
Then, it came the best and most important step, they changed parameters and instructions for the computers controlling the ellipstron, and this one could divide each atom of silicon in order to create: one atom of carbon (symbol, C; atomic number, 6), and one atom of oxygen (symbol, O; atomic number, 8), during a controlled, innocuous, and delayed atomic fission.

This day it became a reality, albeit partially and differently than Penninfberg thought, one of his great and longed for dreams.
He thought, longing, planning, idealized, dreamed that one day of brotherhood, solidarity and justice would prevail throughout the world. There would be no more selfishness, greed, financial abuse, usury, fraud, undeserved profit, and no need for the use of money.
This purpose was not a reality, because of human nature, of course. So, as a result of an ukase issued by U.S. District Judge Brondis Terrance Keoghson —from Arkansas— all of the currency, the physical money of the world (bills and coins), was retired from circulation.
All the money circulating in the world was removed and each individual, each inhabitant of the Earth, including infants and those suffering from mental disorders, received a debit / credit card. It was a personal non-transferable card, connected with the Automated Center , in Atlanta , Georgia , United States of America
These individual cards (IC), would record absolutely all financial operations: transactions, purchases, sales, barters, transfers, exchanges, inheritances, donations, gifts, income, expenses, investments, gains, losses, interests, transfers, payments, wage, salaries, fees, payments, receipts, movements, deposits, withdrawals, deductions, adjustments, retainers, stock business, stocks, cash, funds, liabilities, assets, futures, futures options, gains, losses, royalties, notes, I.O.U.’s, bills of exchange, bank drafts, electronic fund transfers, rights, credits, deductions, credits, commissions, rebates, foreign exchange, financing, consolidations, mergers, liquidations, capital increases, reduction of capital, dividend payments, recruitment, formation of companies, formation of cooperatives, fines and penalties, late fees, collection costs/charges, compensations, shipments, billing, refunds, receipts, sales, bailment, record balances, statements, et cetera.

Thus, it was fulfilled the dream of the heads of the offices of the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), and all of the tax men in the world. All of the movements, operations, deposits, withdrawals, payments, transactions, et cetera, were recorded in the Automated Center located in Atlanta, and the last day of each quarter (03/31, 06/30, 09/30, and 12/31) it is collected from citizens, residents, corporations and organizations around the world, a tax that ranges from 9 to 45 percent, according to their net earnings. This tax has come to be known as the Quarterly Individual Absolute Tax (QIAT).
This policy has caused that tax evasion and tax avoidance have come to an almost absolute end in the world.
Many greedy people, predatory lenders, misers, usurers, and other money lovers passed away, some died when they knew about this new measure, and others yielded up the ghost as these new tax policies began to be applied worldwide. Millions died.
The disappearance of Southern Mexico and the Northern part of Central America (in order to create the Mid-America Sea), as well that of certain areas of Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, Utah, Nevada, and California (in order to create the Gulf of Oregon).

He used to say “Southern Mexico south of the Volcanic Axis down the Transversal Volcanic Axis or Transversal Volcanic System, south of the 19th North parallel, and to the border with Guatemala and Belize, is in Central America. “Remember the Mexican South sleeps”.
Also the good Angus commanded the creation of the Gulf of Oregon: a big deal of land to disappear: from the West Coast of the United States of America up to the 105th West meridian and between parallels 35th and 45th degrees North latitude. Instead of land, the sea reigns there.
